Get ready to discover the tastes of France as you take part in a culinary experience discovering the French market culture and learning how to cook a delicious meal with a chef.
You'll start by meeting up with your chef and heading to his local market, filled with outdoor stalls and fresh, local ingredients. As you browse the rows of vendors, you'll learn about French market traditions and choose the menu for lunch together. At the end of the market tour, you will continue to the chef's nearby Parisian apartment.
With culinary experience ranging from classic restaurants to good old-fashioned home cooking, our chefs will provide you with a fun and informative class. During this exciting experience, you will learn how to enhance the flavours of fresh, local produce and learn new techniques. The chef will guide and support participants with little culinary experience - so don't worry! You will be able to take home the recipes and new skillsets ready to impress friends and family. And, of course, you'll end the class by enjoying the meal you've just prepared - Bon appétit!
