Booking and payment


All reservations will be on request; you will not receive an immediate online confirmation. We therefore recommend to wait for our confirmation before booking your flights.

Child conditions

For most of our tours there is a child reduction of 50% for children up to 12 or 15 years when 1-2 children are sharing a room with two fully paying persons. Infants are mostly free of charge when sleeping in their parents’ bed. A baby cot can be added at EUR 15 per night.

The exact age policy and tour price can be found during the online booking process of each specific tour.

Adding extra nights and experiences

Extra nights and experiences can be added to your reservation during the online booking process. However, pre and post nights, as well as experiences, can be added up until the due date of the final payment should you prefer to wait.

Please note that extra nights and overnight experiences added after the tour is confirmed will incur a EUR 50,- amendment fee if the date of other services booked will shift.  

Confirmation of services

You will receive a confirmation by e-mail as soon as all services (hotels, trains etc.) included in the selected package tour are confirmed. The confirmation will be sent to you between 24- 48 hours after the reservation has been made (Monday-Friday). 


10% of the total price, or a minimum of EUR 100 per person, is payable at the time of booking (deposit payment). The final payment is due 65 days before travel.

Full payment is required at the time of booking for all bookings made 65 days or less before travel.

The payment will be reserved to your credit card, and only charged once we are able to confirm the booking request. If we are unable to confirm the booking due to lack of availability the reserved amount will be released in full should our suggested alternatives not be accepted.

Kindly observe that all our tours and experiences are payable in EUR. Your bank will use their exchange rate applicable at the time the payment is charged (not when it is reserved).

Payment methods

We offer secure online credit card payment; the 10% prepayment, as well as full payment for last minute bookings, must be paid by credit card. We accept VISA, MasterCard and American Express.

Final payment can be made by credit card or bank transfer.  

Online payment problems

If your online credit card payment is declined, please contact your card issuer to make sure that your credit card is open for transactions to Norway (they might have blocked your card for payments on foreign websites to avoid fraud) and that the payment due does not exceed the amount limit on your card. 

Travel Documents

The travel documents will be sent to you by e-mail after we have received your final payment. The documents will be sent approximately one month before the start of your tour.
