For assistance outside our office hours, please use the 24/7 emergency number provided in your travel documents. This gives you access to assistance at any time during your trip.
We kindly ask that you do not use e-mail for urgent matters during your trip. E-mails are monitored during office hours only, and due to a high volume of enquiries, we may not be able to respond in time.
Calling us directly is the quickest way to get help when you need it.
