Get a unique insight into rosé wines during this 2-hour tasting. You will taste different rosé wines from the south of France. In the Petits Farcis studio, sommelier and cookbook author Viktorija Todorovska will teach you all about the identity of rosé wines. She will tell you about the art of tasting, the history of rosé and the region, demonstrate her arguments by uncorking bottles and provide a list of rosés from outside France. During the tasting, a selection of local nibbles will be served. Rosé is an integral part of Nice's street food tradition, "la merenda". You will also learn how to pair food with rosé. After this two-hour tasting, you will know all the ins and outs of rosé wines.
