Provence in a day

Enjoy a full-day guided tour by minivan through the beautiful region of Provence, and explore Roussillon, Le Pont du Gard, Saint Remy de Provence, the medieval village of Les Beaux de Provence and the source of the Sorgue river.

Meet your guide in Avignon and start the day with a visit to Roussillon, a beautiful French village typical of Provence, famous for its red and yellow ochre cliffs, an unusual natural landscape. Enjoy an open-air Provencal market (Thursdays only), a must-see in Provence! Afterwards, your guide will take you to a panoramic photo stop in front of the village of Gordes. This village perched in the Luberon is also one of the "most beautiful villages in France"!

Enjoy some free time for lunch (not included), in Fontaine de Vaucluse where you can admire the impressive resurgence of the Sorgue. After this break, you will head to the Pont du Gard (entrance included) to visit the best preserved aqueduct of the Roman era, dating from the 1st century and classified by UNESCO. Your next stop will be Les Baux de Provence, this famous village situated on a rock at an altitude of 245 metres will charm you with its pedestrianised historic centre. Enjoy some free time to visit this medieval village and don't miss its beautiful 16th century houses and the St Vincent church!

Finally, on your way back to Avignon, your guide will take you to Saint Rémy de Provence where you will enjoy a photo stop.
