Cairngorm National Park & Speyside Whisky from Inverness

This guided tour will take you to Glenfiddich Distillery in the heart of Speyside and to Cairngorms National Park, home to mighty mountains and wonderful wildlife.

Depart Inverness and head south through the landscapes of Speyside towards Dava Moor and your first views of the Cairngorms National Park. Your first destination is the forest village of Carrbridge. Here you have time for refreshments and a wander around the old Packhorse Bridge.

The journey continues south to Glenmore Forest Park, here you will have some own time to explore; for example a lovely walk through the woods to Loch Morlich alternatively there is a caf'e and exhibition at the visitor centre.

A short drive takes you to the town of Aviemore where there is a stop for lunch (not included). The day continues with a drive to the Tomatin distillery where you can savour the aromas of fruit and spice, feel the passion for community and environment in this small town clustered around the distillery. From here, you will travel through remote landscapes for your return journey to Inverness in the early evening.
